Afternoon Program

From 12.10 to 5.00 p.m.

This Afternoon Program focuses on 5 workshops and concludes with final day projects, performances or demonstrations for the parents

 

Students must attend the morning session to be eligible for Afternoon Program.

Between 12.10-5.00 p.m. each student will participate in the following workshop activities.

 

Lunch – Please send a lunch and a second snack in an insulated container.

Mud Works – Enhance your imagination while creating numerous two and three dimensional works of art.  Develop these projects individually and in teams.  Create and use a variety of art media such as flour, clay, dough, plaster, glue etc. 

Theater - Examine various aspects of theater including character development and performance as you bring your character(s) to life.

Puzzles, Games and Mazes - Learn how game components such as spinners, coins, cards, dice, and statistics effect probability as you design your own board game.

Snack/Activity Break

Magical Murals – Using art and your imagination create magnificent murals individually and in groups.

Computer Technology- Explore a variety of programs and their applications including computer graphics, gaming, illustration and the web.

Students must participate in the morning session to be eligible for the Afternoon program.
